So this year’s Rock Hall inductions were pushed back form May to November, back when we thought we’d have a handle on the pandemic by now. But that didn’t happen, and the live event, scheduled to take place at Cleveland’s Public Auditorium, with a week’s worth of special events, has become a HBO special on Saturday November 7 instead. That’s especially disappointing since Nine Inch Nails, which got its start in Cleveland, is being inducted this year.
Still you can have a great party at home, watching as NIN, along with Dépêche Mode, Whitney Houston, The Doobie Brothers, TRex and the Notorious B.I.G., along with industry moguls Irving Azoff and Jon Landau are inducted. The star-studded lineup of guests includes Luke Bryan, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Miley Cyrus, Billy Gibbons, Dave Grohl, Don Henley, Jennifer Hudson, Billy Idol, Iggy Pop, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine, Chris Martin, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Brad Paisley, Bruce Springsteen, St. Vincent, Ringo Starr, Gwen Stefani, Charlize Theron and Nancy Wilson .
The Rock Hall is offering three different fan party packs, with memorabilia and rock and roll accessories. Orders should be placed by Friday October 23 in order to get your pack in time for the ceremony. Check them out here.
