The Waterloo Arts district-based nonprofit Cleveland Rocks: Past, Present & Future had planned a series of outdoor shows to take place on the stage in front of Waterloo Arts. But it punted to I’ve streaming its concerts instead for safety reasons. So only a small crowd of friends and neighbors gathered in the sculpture garden at the end of the street to hear performances by Maura Rogers and the Bellows and a new band, Non-Bruisers featuring Mike Uva and Carol Schumacher, both well known from the area’s indie music scene. But everyone else could listen in wherever they were.
