Although Joe Biden is probably too much of a gentleman to use the tactics I’m about to outline, that doesn’t mean they are not the most effective strategies for him to use in the upcoming presidential debates. The goal is to keep the orange-haired ogre pushed back on his heels — never allow him to gain his footing. And the only way to do that is with personal attacks.
First, Biden shouldn’t, under any circumstances even acknowledge the clown’s presence as they take to their respective podiums. Don’t shake his hand, don’t fist-bump, or even extend an elbow — reason being tRump will most likely leave your extended gesture hanging out there to embarrass the V.P.
Second, at the earliest possible moment Biden should say, with the most amount of sarcasm that he can summon, “I don’t even know why I’m up here debating a known pervert, a dude who, by his own admission, likes to grab women by their private parts. And what about those leering looks and comments about your own daughter? Don’t play dumb, even though you are — you know the ones I’m talking about.”
Third, Biden shouldn’t worry about going too low; after all, he’ll be addressing the American public — a body of folks whose appetite for vulgarity has sunk so low it knows no limits, recognizes no bounds, possessing tastes that are lower than whale shit. Need proof? Simply look at the exponential growth of the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment); it doesn’t get any lower than that, now does it?
Every time tRump tries to talk policy, Biden should immediately come back with a personal insult, such as bringing up the fact his father was a known member of the Ku Klux Klan in the ’20s, and then say, “The apple didn’t fall far from the tree in your case, you racist pig.”
Bring up the fact that when a reporter asked tRump about knowing Ghislaine Maxwell, the accused accomplice and enabler of child rapist Jeffery Epstein, he did not say something neutral such as that justice should prevail in her case, but twice said that he wished her well. Make him own the comment; one pervert going easy on another.
When tRump again tries to make a point, accuse him of playing to his white nationalist friends and being willing to allow the pandemic to kill Americans just so he can get reelected. Sure, some people on the fence might take offense at such tactics, but in the end it will be a net gain for Biden.
While all of the aforementioned might sound too far over the top, the honest truth is, if Biden attempts to act presidential and treat his opponent with a modicum of respect, tRump will have him wearing his ass for a hat.
Joe Biden should strike first, strike hard, and strike often to keep the troglodyte completely off balance; that’s how you beat a bully.
