Greg Harris, CEO of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame found an opportunity when the Rock Hall was forced to close. “We didn’t just kind of hunker down and think about how do we maintain, we thought about: how do we make this place better when we do re-open.”
Promising a museum experience that’s “safe and clean… but not sterile,” the Rock Hall will take everyone’s temperature, will use ticketing on your phone only, and ask that everyone stay at least “two Stratocasters apart.” View the video here.
