Meanwhile, the Gay and Lesbian Fund of the Hermes Foundation has made a donation for a tree planting in the Lower Shaker Lake area. There volunteers will plant various native trees in partnership with the Shaker Heights Tree Advisory Board, Doan Brook Watershed Partnership, and Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District.
