Fri 10/4 @ 5:30-7:30PM
Does your child anticipate Halloween with such eagerness that they’ve already decided what they want to be and nagged you into getting the costume already? Then the family-friendly Art Harvest event at the Canton Museum of Art is one they’ll want to be at.
They can take that costume out for an early spin, and trick-or-treat at sponsor booths located in the museum’s various galleries. In addition, there will be make-and-take hands-on arts and craft activities, carnival games and a family scavenger hunt featuring such iconic fall treats as apples, apple cider and popcorn. In addition, there’ll be things to watch: live pumpkin carving by area artists, a dance performance by members of the Canton Ballet, and a special display of art from Stark County Children’s Services.
It’s free but registration in advance is required. Go here.
