The Indie Gathering International Film Festival combines all the ingredients of a film-lover’s dream: lectures, networking parties, dozens of movie showings, live competitions, and more. Running from August 8th-11, any aspiring filmmaker, or someone who loves to watch movies, is encouraged to come join in the fun for one or all of the days.
This will be a particularly special year for the 24-year-old festival, working alongside the United Latino Fest — held at the Holiday Inn in Mentor. One hundred and fifty films from around the world are to be featured at the Indie Gathering, in addition to 27 films from the United Latino Film Fest. A variety of tickets and passes are available for purchase at the door, whether you’re looking to see one movie or stay the weekend. Check out the options here.
