Cleveland Museum of Contemporary Art Closes its Exhibitions Out With a Bang

Sat 8/10

Cleveland’s Museum of Contemporary Art closers its summer exhibitions in style. With the closing of their 50th anniversary shows, moCa will host free arts activities for all ages on Sat 8/10.

Start the morning off with a Stretch & Shine, which includes yoga by the Tremont Athletic Club and complimentary breakfast at 10am. MoCa will be sure to wake you up by 11am, when the DJ and parachute games begin.

From noon to 4pm, hands on art-making for all ages will take over Toby’s Plaza. Get creative with the “Happy Accidents” Painting Party, inspired by Bob Ross and taught alongside his videos with the help of instructor Mary Kenny. Supplies are provided but space is limited. Sign up begins at 11:30am in Toby’s Plaza.

A “MusiCircus” will fill MoCa with all sorts of sounds of local musicians, playing at the same time throughout the museum at 2pm, closing out this extravagant finale.
