Fri 8/2 @ 7PM
Tremont’s Arts in August series is back in Lincoln Park for another season, offering theater, dance and music by some of the area’s many arts ensembles.
It kicks off Fri 8/2 with a performance by Cleveland Public Theatre’s STEP Ensemble, a summer group of area teens who put together and perform their own original piece, addressing concerns of relevance to them. It tours parks and other spaces around town for two weeks. The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival lands in the park on Sun 8/4 to conclude its 2019 with a performance of Much Ado About Nothing. The series runs Friday-Sunday through Sun 8/25, with Sun 8/11 open as a rain date if needed.
All performances are free; bring your blanket or chair and a picnic or snack!
