“A Room of One’s Own” Featuring Works of Artists-in-Residence Opens @ Morgan Conservatory

A Room of One’s Own is an artist-in-residence exhibition at the Morgan Conservatory, featuring 12 of their talented papermaking, book arts, printmaking and mixed techniques.

“Residency programs allow you to be away from the world for short increments of time,” reflects founder and artistic director Tom Balbo. “The Morgan Conservatory offers studio space, equipment and uninterrupted interval of time crucial in helping artists create new work while advancing their approaches and ways of thinking.”

A Room of One’s Own features Anne Covell, Kerri Cushman, Carla Fontecchio, Jacob Koestler, MP Marion, Pam McKee, Julie McLaughlin, Lisa Miles, Lisa Schonberg, Ellen Sheffield, Jessica Spring, and Shari Wilkins.

Join in this free and open reception on Fri 5/3 from 6pm-9pm. Appetizers and beverages will be provided.
