This week, we are joined by Cleveland entrepreneur Vicki Kotris. She’s one half of the brains behind a popular Cleveland sweet treat food truck, CLE Cookie Dough. We get the lowdown on how she develops flavors for special events like the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day-themed Beer and Cookie Dough Pairing on March 16th at Sibling Revelry Brewing. But that’s not all that Kotris has on her plate.
As a regular blogger, podcaster and business woman, Kotris (pictured above) shares with the CoolCLE Show how she and her husband came up with the idea to run their own food truck business, how she stays motivated in an increasingly competitive landscape and how valuable the partnerships she has developed with other local businesses have impacted her success. Her exuberance is infectious. She is truly a great example of Cleveland’s maker community and entrepreneurship.
We also have new music from two Cleveland acts!
The Chestertons (pictured above) released their single “Big Life” in November 2018. They will join three other local acts Meg & the Magnetosphere, Kiss Me Deadly and Jason Meyers on March 15th at Stella’s Music Club.
And we have the debut single from B O O T H (pictured above) called “Great” which is available on Spotify, iTunes, Google Play and Youtube.
