The Schwartz Brothers — lengendary guitarist Glenn and his bassist brother Gene who played with Robert Lockwood Jr for many years — play regularly at the Beachland, on an average of once a month. Their virtuoso blues has earned them a loyal fan base.
They’re playing there again, with a special opening act: Richard Shack and Mike Gilliland. Shack played with The Case of E.T. Hooley, a Cleveland band more known by reputation than music since it never released anything but did produce several musicians who went on to bigger things. One of those was Shack who later played with the James Gang, the band in which Glenn Schwartz got his start.
Admission is $10.
