He’s still funny, flirty, crazy, bitchy, and a whopping fab singer and dancer. But it’s the naked vulnerability of his onstage moment-to-moment discoveries that you’ll remember.

2. Director Alison Garrigan knows and understands every beat of this show: she’s played Yitzak, Hedwig, costumed it, directed it and lived every second. It looks stunning and sounds even better.

3. The band doesn’t just freaking rock, it explodes, takes no prisoners and leaves you breathless.
