Cleveland’s flat-track women’s roller derby league, Burning River Roller Derby, returns to CE Orr Ice Arena in Euclid, its home on the east side, after two victorious stands at the North Olmsted Soccer Sportsplex.
It kicks things off with a bout against Rochester, New York’s Roc City Roller Derby, with doors at 5pm and the first whistle at 6. It’s also partnering with four charities — City Dogs, Tails from the City, Girls with Sole and Lincoln-West School of Global Studies — with fans who choose one to donate to at the bout getting a chance to spin the BRRD prize wheel.
Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the door for adults. Senior and kids 6-12 are $4; kids 5 and under are free.
