Dedicated to carrying on the tradition of French gypsy jazz, the Hot Club of Akron comes to Bop Stop. The band’s repertoire spans from Django Reinhardt’s early 1900s tunes through new songs from today’s gypsy scene. With Becca Hall on violin, Jeremey Poparad and Joe Barko on guitar, and Kevin Martinez on bass, this hard swinging gypsy jazz quartet puts the hot in hot club.
