Elyria music venue Blank Slate has been putting together these long eclectic lineups, pairing very different bands together to kaleidoscopic effect. This night is no different with five distinct acts. Adding bits of noise rock and shoegaze, the sheer cathartic power behind Chicago post-punk band Split Tongue will bring your blood to boil. Iowa based Archeress cast atmospheric, dream-rock spells of sonic witchcraft. The aggressive yet colorful 8-bit noise pop artist Bubblegum Octopus knows how to party along with local bands Flipcoin and Deer Scout.
