Get hyped for the grand opening of Six Shooter Roast Bar in the Flats. Part of the opening festivities is the Coffee Fit Games. About 20-35 minutes long, this fun fitness competition is a series of exercises designed by trainers at Tremont Athletic Club, including body weight exercises and running to be completed as fast as possible. In addition to Six Shooter, other health-conscious local businesses are also sponsoring the Coffee Fit Games.
A Coffee Party follows the Coffee Fit Games at noon and afterparty at REBol at 1pm.
Registration for the Coffee Fit Games begins at 8 am.
It’s $10 to register.
