Consisting of saxophonist Joseph Murphy and guitarist Matthew Slotkin, esteemed new music ensemble Duo Montagnard comes to Kent State’s Ludwig Recital Hall. Since forming in 2002, Duo Montagnard has performed in all 50 states, 20 countries and six continents, and has commissioned, premiered and recorded more than 25 works.

The program includes recently composed works by acclaimed composers Ingram Marshal, Marilyn Shrude, Kirk O’Riordan and more.
