What do you get when you cross one of the area’s top coffee roasters and one of the area’s finest breweries? Whatever it is, it’s going to taste good!
Rising Star Coffee Roasters is responding to market demand and opening a pop-up inside Bottlehouse Brewery & Meadery at the East end of Lakewood.
“Our customers have been begging us to open a location in Lakewood,” says Robert Stockham of Rising Star. “We have lots of great customers ordering our coffee on the western side of Lakewood, but none on the eastern end. When we sat down with the guys from Bottlehouse, it seemed like a great fit. The space is empty during the day, so this is a great way to activate the space during down times.”
Hours are expected to be from 6AM to 4 or 6PM, and they will serve only pour overs and aeropresses, plus sell beans and merch.
