Local musician Alex Alvarez aka Xe La has participated in a dizzying range of musical projects since he first hit the local music scene as a teenager some 20 years ago.
One of his projects is a band called Listen Little Man which recently recorded a new album at Bad Racket Recording in the St Clair/Superior neighborhood. It features Kevin Patrick Suman on drums, Dylan Tracey on bass and Jeff Hennies on guitars and synths, backing Xe La’s vocals. They’ll be releasing the album of new original material, called Dark Ages of Art Rock, at a show at the Five O’Clock Lounge. Yellowstone Apocalypse and Jazz Metal Duo open. The show is free.
