The F*SHO show of hand-crafted furniture made by artisans from around the region celebrated its 8th year by moving into yet another new space — it’s been around! This one, a raw industrial space at 54th and Hamilton, will also be the site of this year’s Ingenuity Festival September 23-25. Its open, unfinished quality provided an ideal backdrop for the work of the dozens of home furnishing creators this year who showed everything from tables and beds to lighting fixtures and small housewares such as wooden bowls and cutting boards.
F*SHO founder Jason Radcliffe had perhaps the most unusual display. His workshop had burned down a few weeks prior to the show and he brought along some of the scorched remains.
