It’s the number one event in the number two business.
Every year, the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District throws open the doors to the largest water treatment plant in the state of Ohio.
Listen as Jennifer Elting sets the stage for September 17 from 9AM to 4PM, when thousands of people will get a chance to tour the plant, experience interactive displays from dozens of community partners, and experience fun for the whole family.
The NEORSD Open House features face painting and activities for kids of all ages, Mark the Mad Scientist, a sewer simulator, heavy equipment displays, giveaways, prizes, free stuff, and the debut of the new Wally Waterdrop mascot. Food trucks, ice cream, popcorn, and fun and education for the whole family will be on tap, as will lots of clean, fresh water.
You really gotta go!
