Fri 8/19-Sun 8/21
As the Flats makes its resurgence of great restaurants, entertainment and other events, Cleveland welcomed the inaugural Flats Festival of the Arts this weekend.
This four-day event showcased over 200 artists of all genres from painting and sculpture to fabric art and jewelry making and everything in between. Artists from Texas, Kentucky and North Carolina with some close to home artists from Brecksville, Toledo and Columbus created a great variety of offerings. Many artists loved the hospitality and great restaurants in #thecle and are hopeful that attendance and sales will pick up as the event continues in coming years.
Modeled after similiar events in other cities, the Flats Festival of the Arts also featured live performances including musical performances and interactive presentations by students from the Cleveland School of the Arts.
Missed this weekends event? No worry, here’s a few photos and see you next year!
