Wade Oval Wednesdays at University Circle are one of the best summer parties in town. Families, friends, lovers, solo flyers and their dogs all flock down to picnic, dance and just hang out. And when Carlos Jones & the P.L.U.S. Band make their annual appearance, as they did 6/29, the oval is packed with happy people as far as the eye can see.
