Rockefeller Greenhouse, just south of the Shoreway on MLK Drive, is one of Cleveland’s lesser known treasures. But it attracts a good crop of visitors during its annual plant sale when the Greenhouse, various garden clubs and other growers offer all manner of plants for sale, from herbs and vegetables to some of the irises you’ll find in its own spectacular iris garden. In the last several years, it’s also held an art cycle, featuring recycled art made by a group of artists from Cleveland’s Collinwood neighborhood, organized by Linda Zolten Wood who also brought together the painted rain barrels on display and available for sale as well.
