Akron’s Lock 3 celebrates all cultures, having just hosted the Italian festival, among others. Now it will be the site of the African American Festival. Bring the family for a good time and celebrate African heritage. Gates open at 11am, with shows starting at 7:45pm. $10 admission after 5pm. The band WAR will be there performing.
