Parade the Circle is turning 25 this year. All sides of the city come together every year for an enthralling showcase of art, culture and ingenuity. Bring a blanket, a chair, some kids if you have ’em and sit back and watch the city’s creativity on display via giant puppets, bright costumes, dancers and handmade masks. Aside from the parade, which begins at noon, Circle Village features activities, food and entertainment.
