With snow and ice swirling all about, now is the perfect time to head on over to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History to learn about the animals of the ice age, and the role Cleveland played in their history.
Bring the little ones to this long running exhibit to learn about mammoths and mastodons, and a few other little known ice age animals that roamed the earth so long ago. Hear from scientists who examine these animals’ historic DNA, and learn whether or not it may be possible to clone them today.
The exhibit is open to the public and free with admission to the museum.

I was at this exhibit today. It was fantastic! Lots of great interactive displays. You and your kids can touch replica skulls, teeth and fur. Quite a few excellent videos, including a 20,000 year time-lapse display taking you into the past. Well worth a visit!
