VIDEO: Bringing Mystery Shopping to the Art World @spacesgallery

 

Art and business don’t always collide. But they did in mystery_art_shopping, where former SPACES Creative Fusion Artist Fellow Pavlina Mladenova brought traditional business techniques into the art world. Using the format of mystery shopping, where a “spy” is sent in a retail store to grade an employee’s customer relations, “shoppers” were recruited to visit museums and report what they saw.
