Chef Jam Returns @Rock_Hall

Sun 6/8 @ 7PM

Foodies and rockers always look forward to Chef Jam. It features some of the area’s top chefs who create dishes inspired by musicians they love, which they serve up while dressed as those musicians. Appropriately, it takes place at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

There will be chefs there representing the ABC/XYZ Taverns AMP 150, BAC, Bar Cento, Barrio, the Beachland Ballroom, the Black Pig, the Blue Point Grill, Bon Bon Café, the B Spot, the Cork and Cleaver, Dante, the Driftwood Restaurants, Mahall’s, Melt, Moxie, the Parkview Nite Club, Pier W, Red the Steakhouse, the Tremont Tap House, Urban Farmer, University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center, and the Zach Bruell Restaurants.

The event was the brainchild of Crop’s Steve Schimoler, himself a musician and music fan as well as a restaurant owner. Each year, the proceeds go to a different charity; this year they’ll go to area culinary programs tat train the next generation of chefs.

The $70 ticket includes the foods, wine, Great Lakes Brewing Company beer, and tours of the museum. The event also features a performance by one of the hottest bands in northeast Ohio, Akron neo-soul ensemble Wesley Bright and the Hi-Lites (pictured).

Tickets usually sell out so you’ll want to snag one right away.
