.@CLEMetroSchools Conducting Nationwide Search for Teachers

The Cleveland Metropolitan School District is searching for new teachers. For the first time in years, CMSD sees a major need to add new teachers to their roster and is searching nationwide for candidates. According to Chief Talent Officer Lora Cover, the district will have to hire at least 150 new teachers next school year due to a wave of retirements and a new, rigorous evaluation system being implemented in 2015.
