The Maltz Museum continues their Begin the Conversation series of thought-provoking films, speakers, readings and concerts designed specifically to spark community discussions. On Wednesday, the Maltz Museum will screen No Place on Earth, the story of an American cave explorer, Chris Nicola, who stumbled upon everyday household objects in a cave 70 feet underground.
These seemingly common objects led Nicola to discover the story of 38 men, women and children who descended into the caves in 1942 in order to hide from the Nazis. These survivors lived underground for longer than anyone else in recorded history. Don’t miss this powerful, inspiring story.
