NEXT: Living Art + Design is Cleveland Institute of Art’s day-long event designed to help introduce high school and transfer students to the professional world of art and design for those interested in pursuing a career in the visual arts. This event is designed to answer questions students may have about pursuing a career in art or design. NEXT includes a Q & A with recent CIA grads (and one current senior) and hands-on workshops with CIA faculty.
This year’s panelists are 2012 grads Martinez EB Garcias and Trisha Shah, 2009 and 2010 graduate Aaron Drake (he holds two CIA degrees) and current CIA senior Josette Galiano. Students will have their choice of workshops in 15 different disciplines in CIA’s studios.
This event is free but registration is required.
