In the spring of 2013, Jesse Mason and Helen Qin started selling their handmade, small-batch ice cream at events like the Cleveland Flea and area farmers markets while they began the laborious process of restoring and upgrading the former Dari Delite in Ohio City for a permanent production and retail location. It took longer than expected but they opened in October 2014, ready to serve their every-changing mix of comfortably familiar and adventurously offbeat flavors. The menu includes more than a dozen vegan flavors too.
