William Pope.L knows Cleveland. We brought him here five times for the Performance Art Festival, more than any other artist. Back then, he had Cleveland crawling in the streets. Now, he wants us to pull a 10-ton truck from one side of town to the other. From this video at host SPACES, it’s obvious that Pope.L is happy to be back in Cleveland.
“Pull!” starts on Fri 6/7 at the Beachland Ballroom with a launch party and ends on Sun 6/9 at Market Square Park, with stops in between, including being a part of Parade The Circle on Sat 6/8. It’s part of Present & Accounted, the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the PAF, and you can sign-up to Pull!. |
