Nomz, inside the new Northside Marketplace near downtown Akron, was created by Kassanda and Sam (who used to work at the Mustard Seed) to serve constantly changing seasonal menus that utilize the best of what’s being grown and produced in the area.
Those menus feature comfort-food classics such as PBJ and grilled cheese sandwiches, eggwiches, crisp salads with a variety of garden ingredients, and waffles on Friday and Saturday, with plenty for both meat eaters and vegans.
