The Tremont Farmers Market is one of the most bucolic urban markets in Cleveland, set up in leafy Lincoln Park on West 14th, just a skip and a jump from downtown. Musicians play in the gazebo while between 24-40 vendors, depending on the season, sell just-picked peaches, grassfed meats, and freshly baked breads, and chefs share samples from their cooking demonstrations. On any given week, you’ll find neighborhood organizations, nonprofits and healthcare groups offering information. You might even run into a group of hula hoopers showing off their skills or the adoption van from the APL up the street — beware, animal lovers! The market also accepts EBT cards.
The market takes place Tuesdays from 4-7pm; its 2019 dates are 5/7-10/8. It also has an indoor holiday market; check the website in the fall for the dates.
