Lakewood native Holly Fulger is now rocking Los Angeles as an actress, writer and beauty spokesperson who has been seen on shows like Ellen, Thirty Something, Anything But Love and many more.
She has her own TV show, “Speaking of Beauty With Holly Fulger,” and she’s on a personal mission to help women discover their inner beauty. She’s turned the tables and uses media to conduct interviews with her role models and everyday heroes to discover different visions of beauty, and to explore the downside of the media’s focus on the “ideal woman.”
Now she’s published a book, “Inner Beauty Journal: A guide to discovering and defining your self image regardless of media influence,” and it’s available online here. She discussed values-based beauty, learning to see with new eyes, and avoiding negative self-talk. It even includes a makeup guide for “The Leaders,” “The Thinkers,” “The Seekers,” “The Dreamers,” and more.
