Join United Way of Greater Cleveland Friday, May 25 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. That’ll be the day that GuitarMania OFFICIALLY kicks off its summer tour!
The artists of GuitarMania have spent the past few months working on their 10-foot guitar creations and are excited to have them debut in Cleveland under the bright lights, big city! The guitars will move to their permanent summer locations starting Tuesday, May 29.
GuitarMania benefits United Way’s 216 health and human service programs and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum education programs. The Guitars will be displayed on Cleveland streets from Memorial Day to Labor Day in 2012; then the guitars will return to the Rock Hall for the final six weeks of display.
GuitarMania supports local artists by welcoming them to submit their guitar designs to an artist’s jury who will approve potential designs for sponsors. The guitars will be auctioned at a gala Saturday, October 20 at the Rock Hall.
