One of Ohio City’s newest hip hangouts is Jukebox, across from the new Transformer Station art spot. Primarily a bar, it features a lengthy (and affordable) list of both craft and workingman’s beers, along with a short list of wines and a handful of specialty cocktails. It accompanies them with a very “old Cleveland” menu of pierogies, sauerkraut, sausage and Euclid Beach popcorn.
But the real draw here — other than a place to hang out and drink beer — is the music. Why do you think it’s called “Jukebox”? Grab some tokens from a server and zone out on the diverse and constantly changing list of tunes from hits by well-known superstars to some patron’s favorite track by an obscure local band. It’s open until 2am Monday through Saturday so you can do a lot of listening.
