The problem with holiday parties is that you never gain knowledge from them (outside of gossip). We are talking cold hard facts over here. Achilles Running Shop is holding a holiday party to celebrate a good year — inviting customers, friends & staff. At 5:30, a group run with the staff will warm you up for the main event: a lecture from Rosalie Franek on the importance of strength and flexibility. As if this wealth of knowledge were not enough to satiate your hunger, there will be store discounts, raffles, stiff drinks, and appetizers.
