If you’re looking for a new place to dine in Cleveland, the Cleveland Culinary All-Stars is offering a new option to throw in the mix – one night only. The Cleveland Indians are opening up with the Terrace Club of Progressive Field for a nine-inning feast created by some of Cleveland’s finest chefs. The event is in collaboration with Delaware North Companies and Emerging Chefs, showcasing chefs from Cleveland’s finest restaurants – from those with a legacy like Morton’s the Steakhouse, to new culinary destination Dragonfly.
Pitchers for the nine-inning feast: James Major of the Cleveland Indians Delaware North Companies, Paul Kalberer of Morton’s the Steakhouse, Jeff Fisher – Personal Chef, Eric Wells of Skye LaRae’s Culinary Services, Michael Nowak of Bier Markt, Marlin Kaplan of Dragonfly, Brian Rosander of Rosander, Adam Bostwick of Melange, and Anna Harouvis of Good to Go. In other words, there won’t be a lot of peanuts and crackerjacks at this extravaganza.
