One of the highlights of every December is the holiday show put on by the North Coast Men’s Chorus. It’s always festive, humorous, heartwarming, bawdy, sentimental, uplifting and colorful.
But right now you’re just not going to have 60 or 70 men on a stage singing up a storm. What to do, what to do. Have a virtual concert, of course. Home for the Holidays, they tell us, will feature new and “regifted” — we assume that means recorded performances from previous year — numbers. There’ll be singing, there’ll be dancing, there’ll be tunes by the chorus’s small ensemble the Coastliners, and there’ll undoubtedly be plenty of cheer.
