More recently she’s become widely known locally for being an active participant in the local music scene. Her music —both her distinctive take on standards and her self-penned material — absorbs a wide range of genres including blues, rock, jazz, R&B, hip hop, gospel. Her main instrument is bass but she also plays keyboards and sings, and she plays both as a solo artist and with a small ensemble.
You can catch her in the intimate gallery space of Heights Arts. It’s free.
