You can count on a fun show any time of the year from the Chardon Polka Band, one of a new generation of bands keeping this ethnic Cleveland music alive.
But you can really count on them to kick out the jams when they don their Santa hats and apply that accordion-driven sound to tunes from their album Polka Round the Christmas Tree, along with classic polka tunes and pop tunes to which they’ve added a polka beat.
They’ll be performing at the Hudson Library & Historical Society for a free, all-ages show. No registration is required; just slap on your own Santa hat and dancing shoes, and come on down.
