Not only are the 2012 Rock Hall Inductions expected to bring in $15 million or so to our local economy, it’s hard to calculate the value they bring, once every three years, to our collective efforts in promoting our region as an paralleled place for cool people to start a career, a family or a business. With the release of the video showing George Zimmerman in police custody following the killing of Trayvon Martin without so much as a visible bruise (let alone the bloody nose and gash to the back of his head others have claimed he suffered), coupled with the news a court-certified expert in forensic voice identification stated the voice heard crying for help is not that of the shooter (as his father has claimed), and it looks pretty much like this self-styled vigilante can cancel Christmas…
