The B Side Liquor Lounge under the Grog Shop has come roaring back to life after a dormant year with a full schedule of diverse activities in addition to its regular nights such as Make ’Em Laugh Mondays and Lyrical Rhythms Open Mics.
Stop in on Thursday May 20 from 6-9pm for the Ladies of Cleveland Heights Pop Up featuring local merchants such as Blush Boutique (formerly on Coventry, now in Chagrin Falls), In the 216 and others, offering things such as jewelry, skin care products, floral arrangements and even fresh pressed juice. It’s free to drop by and shop.
On Saturday May 22, Lowrider Ribs: The San Francisco Treat will feature BBQ ribs and side dishes for purchase and live Latin jazz on the patio (or indoors, if weather doesn’t permit) by two of Cleveland’s best known musicians in the genre, pianist Jackie Warren and timbales player Sammy DeLeon. Admission to that event is also free.
