SUMMARY:Take Some Musical Risks at BOP STOP's Outlab Improvisational Jam Se
 ssion
DESCRIPTION:\nTue 3/18 @ 7:30PM\nTuesdays tend to be a pretty slow evening
but if you’re looking for a way to liven them up\, once a month the BOP
STOP hosts Outlab: Experiments in Improvised Music\, which invites adventu
rous musicians to come on down and take part in some sonic exploration.\nM
usicians of all levels of experience and skill — and a questing spirit
 — are welcome to come and bring musical instruments or any sound-making
device (drums and keyboard are provided but bring your own amp if you need
one) to join in a collective group improvisation. Listeners are welcome t
 oo!\nThey don’t have “rules” — it’s freeform\, after all — but
they have suggested “guidelines”: “1) to direct our explorations al
ong the most productive and positive lines\, and 2) to engage the widest p
ossible variety of individuals from Greater Cleveland's rich and diverse m
usic scenes.”\nIt’s free but donations are welcome.\noutlab-experiment
