  ribs and beer mean summer to you\, you’ll probably be at the Cuyahoga C
 ounty Fairgrounds for the four-day blast of smoke\, noise and crowds takin
 g place for the 27th year. It’s hosted by the Berea City Club to raise m
 oney for civic projects. Ten teams of rib cooks will compete for prizes 
 — and customers.\nAnd if you don’t eat ribs\, there’ll be plenty of 
 other fair-style food to enjoy\, while you take in a dizzying array of act
 ivities. For the grown-ups\, there are cover bands of every variety from s
 oul to 80s\, from the Beatles to the Michael Stabley Band. On Saturday the
 re’ll be 40 classic Corvettes to drool over. For the kids there is an ac
 tivity area featuring a bungee trampoline\, a mechanical bull and the requ
