 The Screw Factory\, aka the Lake Erie Building\, is a Lakewood industrial 
 building (once known for manufacturing automobiles) that’s not jammed wi
 th artist studios of all types\, workshops and small businesses. And perio
 dically throughout the year\, they open their doors for an open house\, of
 ten accompanied by guest vendors set up in the spacious event spaces. This
  weekend is their spring art show and open studios\, where you’ll find a
 rtists and craftspeople greeting you where they work and you can see a ful
 l range of their work and hopefully buy some it\, along with those guest a
 rtists offering everything from chocolate to textiles to candles.\nIt’s
